All we will need is a few details such as your name, email and shipping address. If you plan to order on a regular basis, you might find it useful to register as you can then view your order history, print invoices, change your details and more. Do you charge GST? Yes. GST is automatically included in the price. Do you charge shipping? No. All products on our site have free shipping. How long do I have to wait for my order? Depending on what types of products you order and how you pay for them, you can usually expect delivery in 2-10 working days. Paying online by Secure Credit Card is the fastest payment option available. Are there ever any additional charges to my order? ArtworkWhat are your artwork requirements? Please send press-ready CMYK artwork as either; eps, illustrator or pdf (fonts converted to outlines) or tiff, or jpg. Please ensure artwork is at least 300 d.p.i. (600 d.p.i. preferred for line art) Please note, we CANNOT print Microsoft Publisher or Word Documents as they are not a high enough quality. We can convert these files for you for a fee of $25. How do I send my artwork to you?
